House Rules

Much is allowed at the Triathlon Holten, but certain things are absolutely not allowed!

1. It is absolutely forbidden for young people under 18 to purchase or use alcohol. Offenders will be fined.
   All visitors aged 18 to 25 who want to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages must obtain a wristband at the token sales. Identification will be requested, and the wristband must be clearly visible on a wrist.
   
   
2. It is a sporting event: smoking is not permitted in various designated places (e.g., in tents). Offenders may be fined.
   
   
3. It is not allowed to bring the following items to the event site: (alcoholic) beverages, drugs, glassware, cans, plastic bottles, weapons, or objects resembling or offensive as weapons.
   
   
4. Wearing clothing with discriminatory and/or provocative texts and/or expressions on the event site is not allowed.
   The organization reserves the right to refuse entry to the event site to individuals in club clothing (e.g., motorcycle or soccer) without providing reasons.
   
   
5. Pets are not allowed on the event site.
   
   
6. It is not allowed to take food and plastic drinkware off the event site.
   
   
7. Dutch legislation on the use and trade of drugs applies to the event site.
   
   
8. Visitors must comply with the regulations and/or instructions of the organization and security personnel.
   
   
9. Visitors who exhibit offensive behavior or cause a nuisance, in any form, or are visibly intoxicated, will be removed from the event site by security or denied access to the event site. The police may also be involved.
   Sale of alcoholic drinks can be refused due to misconduct and/or intoxication.
   
   
10. It is forbidden to pass on provided alcoholic beverages to a person under the age of 18.
    
    
11. Entering the event site and attending the event, including various activities of Triathlon Holten, is entirely at the visitor’s own risk.
    
    
12. The organization cannot be held liable for any damage or injury to the visitor and/or their property. This also includes theft and loss.
    
    
13. (Photo and video) recordings are made during the event. By entering, visitors tacitly give the organization permission to reproduce, disclose, and/or use these recordings. The security company responsible during the event is authorized by the judiciary for this.
    
    
14. Using one of the services of the first aid post:
    a. Only one extra person is allowed inside.
    b. You are not allowed to use a mobile phone.
    c. You are not allowed to smoke.
    d. No drinks are allowed inside.
    
    
15. Upon any violation of these rules, the organization or hired security personnel can refuse access to or remove individuals from the event site.
