International top race for elite athletes again
In 2020, Holten will once again be the battleground for an international triathlon for elite athletes. The top race for the Premium Cup has been assigned to Holten for the 14th time. Athletes from the world’s top will again compete for important ranking points in Holten next year. The junior series has been awarded to Kitzbuhel by the European federation this year and therefore will not start in Holten. The race in Holten has been on the international calendar since 2002 and will be organized in 2020, three weeks before the WTS race in Hamburg.
Full of sporty and festive program for recreational participants and the public
For recreational participants and the public, a full sporty and festive program, just like previous years, will be set up on Friday and Saturday during this 36th edition. The popular Vivera Run on Friday evening will be organized for the fifth time, celebrating its first lustrum.
Triathlon Holten
The Triathlon Holten is a leading top sports event. An unprecedented experience for both top athletes from various continents and recreational participants, due to a unique combination of sportiness, conviviality, and a versatile course. In 2020, the 36th edition of this annually recurring spectacle will take place, where more than 15,000 visitors, around 2,000 participants, and no less than 950 volunteers meet.
