The 36th edition of the Triathlon Holten will take place next year on July 1 and 2.
A Europe Triathlon Premium Cup and Europe Triathlon Junior Cup will be held in the triathlon village, among other events.
The board and the hundreds of volunteers of the Triathlon Holten are eager to make it a successful edition in 2022. The Holten triathlon was last on the schedule in 2019. In 2020, the coronavirus caused the sporting event – for the first time in the history of the Triathlon Holten – not to take place. A year later, the virus once again turned out to be a spoilsport.
“We are convinced that the Triathlon Holten can go on in 2022. We are happy that we can again organize an international top event with our volunteers and are doing everything we can to make it a sublime edition,” says chairperson Anita Brinks on behalf of the board.
In addition to the Europe Triathlon Premium Cup and Europe Triathlon Junior Cup, various competitions for amateurs are also scheduled for July 1 and 2. More information about this, including registration details, will follow at a later date.
