The party on Saturday evening, known as the Autoafleveren.nl Afterparty, gets a special touch this year. It is organized in collaboration with the Municipality of Rijssen-Holten. This is to also celebrate the 21st anniversary of Rijssen-Holten during the event.
The celebration of the 20th anniversary could not take place last year due to corona. It should have been a big celebration last year. In 2021, the municipality actually turned 20 years old. Like many other events, this anniversary party was postponed because of the pandemic. The municipality still wants to celebrate the merging of the two communities: on July 1 and 2.
On Friday, July 1, there is an event at the Parkgebouw in Rijssen with the theme Culture and Enterprise. With an exhibition, musical accompaniment, snacks, and drinks, it is a celebration of meeting! More information about that program can be found at www.parkgebouw.nl.
On Saturday, July 2, the festivities continue during the Holten Triathlon, with the theme Sports and Youth. After the prize-giving on Saturday evening, the party in Holten kicks off, to which the municipality contributes musically. View the entire program here, including that of the afterparty.
