This statement applies to all services provided by Triathlon Holten.

Triathlon Holten, located in Holten, P.O. Box 126, 7450 AC, is responsible for processing personal data as shown in this privacy statement.

Personal data we process
Triathlon Holten processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you have provided them to us. Data that Triathlon Holten may require from you or that is necessary for the purposes described below and that is at least processed by Triathlon Holten includes:

  • Company name + position
  • Address details (consisting of street name + house number + postal code)
  • Phone number (mobile or landline)
  • Email address


Does Triathlon Holten also process special personal data?
Special personal data are sensitive data, for example, about health or a criminal past, ethnic data, or data concerning race. Triathlon Holten does not process special personal data.

Why we need data
Once you have an agreement with Triathlon Holten, we want to serve you well. We use your data for the following purposes:

  • To be able to call or email you if necessary to carry out our services.
  • To inform you about changes to our services.
    Data may also be used for promotional or marketing purposes, which are proportionate to the type of service provision from Triathlon Holten. We can only use your data for another purpose than for which they were originally processed if there is a close relationship between both purposes.

How long we keep data: Triathlon Holten does not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

Sharing with others/provision of data to third parties
Triathlon Holten does not sell your data to third parties and only provides them if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

Mapping website visits (public section)

Everyone who has access to personal data at Triathlon Holten and/or processes them is required to maintain the confidentiality of those data unless otherwise required by law or regulation. If Triathlon Holten uses the services of third parties, Triathlon Holten will make agreements regarding the necessary security measures in the context of the protection of personal data. Your privacy rights
Under Article 13 paragraph 2 sub b GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data or to restrict the processing related to you, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights by contacting us via info@triathlonholten.nl. Each such request must be accompanied by a copy of a valid ID, on which you have placed your signature and stating the address where you can be contacted. You will receive an answer to your request within 1 month of the submitted request. Depending on the complexity of the requests and the number of requests, this period may be extended by 2 months if necessary.

When you request access, correction, object, or deletion of your personal data, Triathlon Holten will inform you about this within 5 working days. This request can be submitted via info@triathlonholten.nl.
