That one of the largest triathlons in the Netherlands takes place in Holten is no coincidence. The hilly area, including the Holterberg, the extensive forests, and the beautiful nature provide the ideal conditions for this sporting event.
Visitors to the Holten Triathlon are directed from the access roads and the highway to parking places via special signage. Everyone is kindly requested to follow the instructions of the police and/or traffic controllers. On Saturday, shuttle buses run constantly from the village to the swimming location the Domelaar.
